2 women robbed in Satellite

Satellite, one of the most posh areas in city, has of late become unsafe for the citizens. On Thursday, criminals relieved two women of their gold chains.

Reports said Lalita Rathod, a resident of Jodhpur cross-roads, was passing through the road. As she reached near Jai Ambe Chavana Centre in Jodhpur, two people pounced on her and took away her gold chain. Police said that two people, in their 30s, were riding a bike. The Satellite police are investigating the matter.

In another incident, Pushpa Solanki, a resident of Uday Tenements in Satellite, was robbed of her gold chain, worth Rs20,000, by two unidentified men. Police said the two suspects in the case were about 35-40 years old. Solanki was passing through the road and was near her society when the duo approached her and snatched the chain.
