2 killed, 3 injured in firing between two families in Uttar Pradesh

Two persons were shot dead and three injured in firing, ensued due to enmity between two families in Nagal area of Saharanpur district, police said

There was an old enmity between families of Nawed and Ranbir Saini and today a fight broke out resulting in Nawed's death. He was allegedly shot dead by Saini, police said.

Hearing about the death of his brother, Jawed who lives in Deoband town, reached the Pirud village and started firing indiscriminately on the Saini family allegedly killing Ranbir on the spot, they said.

Three other members of his family were seriously injured in the incident, police added.

The injured - Jabbar, Eftaja and Nisat, are admitted in a local hospital.
