After a three-year-old child was beaten up by TMC goons in a poll-violence related incident in West Bengal, a ten-year-old child was assaulted by the party in power in state on Tuesday.

The incident took place in South 24 Paraganas where CM Mamata Banerjee had campaigned the same day.

The boy was attacked after he was seen tearing up campaign posters. The goons allegedly tied him with a nylon rope and beat him badly.

He was later left in a field, the father of the child has alleged.

The police has not registered a case.

In a shocking incident that had happened in Halisahar in West Bengal on Sunday night, a three-year-old girl named Sayantika was attacked by TMC workers because her father Titu was a CPI (M) worker. The kid had gone to her maternal grandmother’s house with her mother and father where the TMC workers barged in.

Two were arrested in the incident.
