These food habits will help you fight your battle against obesity

Obesity is home to several diseases. It basically comes from the extra fat stored in the body that increases your weight to an unhealthy level. If someone's BMI i.e. Body Mass Index is between 25 to 29.9, he/she can be considered overweighted in medical terms. If the BMI goes beyond 30, it's known as obesity.

To cure obesity you have to improve your eating habits. There are certain natural things that will keep your weight in control. To deal with obesity you have to keep a tab on your food, however, there are certain exercises and yoga positions that can help you as well.

If you are unable to pay a lot of time to heavy exercises, here are some easy-to-practice tips that can be very helpful:

-After a meal, drinking lukewarm water reduces the weight quickly but wait for about 45 minutes before you drink anything.

-Eat a lot of green or ripe papaya. Papaya helps you get rid of fat, resulting in reducing the weight.

-Curd also reduces fat. Having buttermilk twice or thrice a day will also be beneficial.

-Drink warm water mixed with lemon squeeze and honey. It will help you fight obesity.

-Green tea has lot of antioxidants that will not only reduce obesity but will also keep wrinkles out. If you have green tea without sugar, it will work even better. 

-Mix apple cider vinegar with water or juices. Drinking this mix will keep your digestive system in order and reduce cholesterol.

- According to a research eating chillies is also a good way of reducing the weight. Capsaicin found in green or black pepper is known to reduce the hunger. This also increase the burning of calories that keeps the weight in check. 

-Make a habit of drinking one glass cold water mixed with two spoon honey everyday. This reduces fat in your body. 

-Drink cabbage juice everyday. It keeps the metabolism right. 

-Just after you wake up, drink the juice of 250 gram tomato for the about 2-3 months. You will feel the difference. 

- Drink a mix of one spoon mint juice and two spoon honey. It will reduce obesity.
