When Rajkumar Rao slapped Vidya Balan thrice!

The theatrical trailer of Hamari Adhuri Kahani is finally out! Vidya Balan and Rajkumar Rao will be seen essaying the role of husband-wife. While Rajkumar will be an abusive husband, Vidya will fall for Emraan in the film.

But we hear for a particular scene, Rajkumar slapped Vidya thrice. Before you get your brains working, this happened for one particular scene which is also there in the trailer. When Vidya confesses her love for Emraan to Rajkumar, Rao slaps her hard. We heard that although filmmakers and actors usually perform make-believe scenes for the same, Rajkumar actually slapped Vidya three times. 

No, it was not intentional. Informs a source, "Everyone on the set got really worried when Rajkumar slapped Vidya in real. But then, we realised that the actors had themselves decided on doing it for real to perform the scene in an authentic manner. We had three retakes for the shot." Now that's intense!
