Watch: Priyanka Chopra pays tribute to women police officers on Republic Day

From People's Choice Awards for Quantico to Padma Shri, Priyanka Chopra has proved her mettle as a complete performer. In this year also, she has bagged yet another powerful role in Prakash Jha's Jai Gangaajal.

For the same the Bajirao Mastani actress has done something special, considering the occasion of Republic Day. Priyanka Chopra who plays the role of a cop in the movie, has tweeted a video in which she has paid a tribute to other women police officers on Republic day.

In the video, we see Priyanka dressed in a police officer's uniform, singing the National Anthem along with Mr Jha and other women police officers. In the movie, she plays the role of a cop named Abha Mathur. 

Jai Gangaajal is a sequel to Prakash Jha's 2003 film Gangaajal which starred Ajay Devgn in the lead role. 

Jai Gangaajal is slated to be released on March 4.
