Watch: New trailer of 'House of Cards' Season 4!

In the new trailer for House of Cards season 4, Frank Underwood returns to tell you what kind of leader the United States of America deserves. 

Aired during the broadcast of Golden Globes awards, Kevin Spacey's president Underwood is making the case for his second campaign to stay in White House. 

We get the shots from previous seasons intercut with his description of what qualities a president should have to lead the country. We see Underwood's journey so far. 

Earlier, a teaser for the upcoming season was released during GOP debate. The new season of original Netflix drama will premier on March 4.
