Ranveer Singh still tight lipped on 'Padmavati'

Actor Ranveer Singh today declined to comment on his involvement with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming period drama, Padmavati.
Till a month ago, there were reports that Ranveer would reunite with his Bajirao Mastani director on Padmavati.

The latest buzz, however, is that Bhansali got irked after Ranveer asked for a bound script of the movie and the director decided to not sign the actor.
When asked about it, the 30-year-old star told reporters,"Right now I'm not in position to comment on any of my film (referring to Padmavati). As soon as I know I will be the first person to inform you (media)."

He was speaking on the sidelines of a promotional event. On his equation with Bhansali, Ranveer said, "My relationship with Bhansali is good. He has a beautiful smile".

The film, reportedly set to star Deepika Padukone in the lead role, is about ruler Alauddin Khilji's obsession with queen Padmavati.
