In an interview to Hindustan Times on Wednesday, while commenting on an article about him going through depression following his friend's suicide in this paper, the actor said, "I was angered by that article; and I am still not over it. In fact, I am so angry that it would take major effort on my part to not physically assault the person who wrote it, if I ever come across him or her. It's despicable on their part to sensationalise my personal tragedy." He went to add that connecting his depression to his girlfriend Deepika Padukone speaking about it, was trivialising her effort. "How can someone be so random, callous, careless and insensitive towards such a serious issue."

One is a disease, the other a condition. Perhaps you should read up about it. Especially as your girlfriend struggled with it.
