Ranveer's Dil Dhadakne Do and Deepika's Piku trailers are more loved than Ranbir's Bombay Velvet trailer.
In the last two months we got to see some amazing movie trailers Bollywood had to offer. But amid this sea of trailers, the fans clearly liked some more than the others. Dil Dhadakne Do’s trailer which stars Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma was the last trailer to be released and interestingly enough, that is the trailer which has won our poll! That’s right, PC-Ranveer-Anushka’s hilarious cruise dramedy managed to impress everyone with its super promising trailer. DDD’s trailer received 39 percent of the total votes and had a smashing win.
Second came Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan’s Piku trailer which garnered 26 percent of the total votes. Looks like our readers are waiting more eagerly for Deepika’s beau’s film than her’s!
Moving on, standing tall at the third position in this poll is Kangana Ranaut-R Madhavan starrer romantic comedy Tanu Weds Manu Returns’ trailer. The viewers were thoroughly impressed by Kangy’s Hanryanvi athlete act! TWMR’s trailer received 14 percent of the total votes in this poll.
I don’t know how the makers of Bombay Velvet will feel about this but their trailer stands fourth in this poll with 11 percent votes. Being a period drama which has a good retro feel to it, we suspect that this Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma film will only cater to a certain section of cinegoers.
Akshay Kumar’s charm sustains his upcoming Gabbar Is Back in this poll as the film’s trailer has bagged 7 percent of the total votes. Lastly, viewers have sort of written off Jackky Bhagnani and Arshad Warsi’s comedy Welcome to Karachi as that film’s trailer has only received 3 percent votes.
Although Ranveer and Deepika has overtaken Ranbir in the poll, we still need to see who wins at the box office!
