Lady Gaga's wedding preps switch to top gear!

Pop star Lady Gaga says she is letting her mother and her female relatives organise her wedding to fiance Taylor Kinney.

Planning for the 29-year-old singer-and-actress' nuptials are well underway and her mother Cindy and the other women in her family are taking leading roles, reported Female First.

"I think if I wouldn't let my mom do this with all of us and my family - I think if I would've denied the women of my life the planning of the wedding - they would probably kill me. I have all the help in the world in a way!"

The 'Born This Way' hitmaker said the wedding is going to be low-key. "We are not planning anything that is worth writing about," the singer said.

Gaga and 34-year-old Kinney got engaged last Valentine's Day.
