Kareena Kapoor Khan - Saif Ali Khan turn parents: What does Taimur actually mean?

Kareena Kapoor Khan is a proud mother today. She and hubby Saif Ali Khan have been blessed with a baby boy. Saif and Kareena have also named him Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi.

They made a special announcement too. "We are very pleased to share with you all the wonderful news about the birth of our son : Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, on the 20th of December 2016. We would like to thank the media for the understanding and support they have given us over the last 9 months, and of course especially our fans and well wishers for their continued affection. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all...With love, Saif & Kareena," their statement read. 

But do you know what Taimur actually means or refers to? Here it is...

Taimur in Urdu means iron. It's also the name of a barbaric ruler who invaded India. But according to Indian mythology, Taimur was a very brave king. Once when he was in a middle of a war got his one hand cut off, he took cover in a cave and saw an ant climbing the wall of the cave. It fell and fell again but didn't gave up. And at last it was successful in climbing that wall. He got his inspiration from the ants and had the fighting spirit buring within and didn't give up.
