Hrithik Roshan was never part of Bazaar: Nikhil Advani

Reports that Hrithik Roshan has “opted out” of Nikhil Advani’s next film entitled Bazaar — which is about the internecine wars in the stock market — has the director annoyed.

It is being whispered that Hrithik lost confidence in Nikhil’s abilities after his two back-to-back films Hero and Katti Batti under-performed at the box-office.

However Nikhil has another story to tell. “Hrithik was never confirmed for Bazaar. We only had one small hour-long conversation about the film. I am still completing the final draft.”

When prodded to describe the film Nikhil says, “It has to do with power, obsession, a tumultuous relationship between two men and the stock market.”
