Ex-Bigg Boss contestant Pooja Misrra has found herself in news yet again. The former model who had become infamous for her stint on the reality show has managed to make equal number of controversies in her life outside the house as well. This time, the actress has found herself in soup for being called a 'nuisance' by the society members of her building where she stays.

Actor and VJ Pooja Misrra claims she is finding difficulty in staying in the family apartment in Mumbai suburban Lokhandwala's Windsor Tower after her society members have called her a nuisance and banned her from entering the premise, as reported by Mumbai Mirror.

Reports confirm that Windsor Tower's managing committee had taken a written statement from Pooja Misrra's family a year ago where she had accepted from abstaining to stay in flat number 401.

According to a report in an English daily, a committee member claimed that the former Bigg Boss contestant's "unacceptable behaviour" has led to taking such action. The member was quoted saying that Pooja has allegedly fought with her neighbours for no apparent reason and has even made wild accusations that some residents have been using black magic to sabotage her career.

However, the 31-year old actress, who is currently in Hong Kong for a shoot, denies the claims and says she has been 'tortured and harassed' instead. "My family bought this house, but I cannot enter it. They [society members] made my family submit in writing that I won't be given access to the flat. Which society does that?" she reportedly said.

"I am a lawyer and I don't need anyone else to defend me. I am taking this matter to the court," said  Pooja Misrra, she has been reported as saying.

Apartment 401 in Windsor Towers is owned by the Singapore-based sister of Pooja named Priya. Their parents live in Pune, and Pooja Misrra has been in Delhi for the past few months.

Pooja had attained fame with her tumultuous stint in Bigg Boss season 5 that later saw a public clash with TV actress Pooja Bedi. It was when no response was received from Pooja Misrra on any summons sent after Bedi had filed a defamation complaint against her that it came to light that Misrra had been banned from her home.

Residents of the tower have reportedly accused Pooja of making ridiculous accusations against the society members. They even claim that her family members are polite and understanding and would apologise every time she misbehaved. However, Pooja has reportedly mentioned that she was held captive in her flat and no action was taken by the secretary in spite of complaints made.

Earlier, Pooja Misrra had made headlines for accusing actress Sonakshi Sinha and her mother for performing black magic on her. She had also blamed Prem Ratan Dhan Payo star Salman Khan and Sonakshi's mother Poonam Sinha of mixing drugs in her drinks and her food. She had posted on her Facebook page of how Poonam with Salman Khan had tricked her into being drugged so that Sonakshi Sinha's career would be furthered. However, such claims had received no response from either Salman Khan or Sonakshi Sinha.
