Alia Bhatt's birthday gift to herself: A new house!

Bollywood's beautiful damsel Alia Bhatt, who will turn 23 on 15 March, will ring in her birthday with a new house that she is going to gift to herself.

In an interview with Vogue magazine, the 22-year-old actress revealed that the house is only few minutes away from her parent's residence. She also revealed that the the interior of her new abode is done by Richa Bahl, who previously designed Kangana Ranaut's place in Bandra.

Expressing her excitement, the 'Student of the Year' actress said that the vibe is that of a New York loft, really cosy and not too modern.

"The walls are all exposed bricks and the windows are boxy. I'm trying to get a retro Smeg refrigerator and a lot of neon signs for the wall, so it will have a cool vibe."

Sidharth Malhotra and Alia recently made headlines for showing their sizzling chemistry on the Vogue magazine's latest cover. On the cover, the 31-year-old bare-chested Sidharth, who sported swimming trunks for the sexy shoot, flaunted his toned body and muscles, while Alia looked hot in blue crop top and orange knickers.

The Highway actress will be soon seen in Shakun Batra's directorial 'Kapoor and Sons' that is scheduled to release on March 18, 2016.
