Eight years in IPL and two Championships later, Shah Rukh Khan has decided to take his love for cricket to another level. How? After Kolkata Knight Riders, the actor has bought the Trinidad and Tobago franchise in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).

The actor has been one of the co-owners of the Kolkata franchise in IPL ever since its inception. Unarguably, the biggest brand in IPL, KKR has also managed to life the trophy twice in the past eight years. Now, SRK along with partners Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta, has invested in the Trinidad and Tobago franchise.

The actor, who has been actively involved with his team KKR during the whole IPl session has now decided to expand globally and hence has bought stakes in the team at the CPL. The tournament begins this June 20 and will continue till July 26. Other than SRK, Gerard Butler and Mark Wahlberg too own teams in CPL.
