After introducing Sonam Kapoor in one the posters of Sanju on Friday, the makers of the Sanjay Dutt biopic have now introduced another sensitice chapter from the biopic. This time, it's Paresh Rawal who shares the Sanju poster with Ranbir Kapoor, playing the part of Sanjay Dutt's late father Sunil Dutt

The latest poster speaks volumes about the way Rajkumar Hirani has handled the father-son relationship in the film. The poster has a scared and vulnerable Ranbir Kapoor who plays Sanjay Dutt in the film, in the arms of his father who's trying to console him. Rajkumar Hirani shared the poster writing, "#sanju is a father-son story. Meet the father today - Paresh Rawal. Had fun working with him."

Not many are aware of the fact that Hirani initially wanted Aamir Khan to play Sunil Dutt's part in the film. Hirani had even narrated the scripts to Aamir, who was completely in love with the story.

While interacting with a group of mediapersons on the occasion of completing 30 years in Indian cinema, Aamir confirmed that he was approached to play Sunil Dutt's part in Sanju, but on hearing the script, he loved the part of Sanjay Dutt so much, that he told Hirani, "I told Raju, Sanjay Dutt's role is so great that it has won my heart. So in this film, I can't do any other role but that of Sanjay Dutt, which I can't do as Ranbir Kapoor is doing it. So, don't offer me any other role as I won't be able to do it. I can't come to the sets thinking these should have been my lines."

Post that, the role went to Paresh Rawal, who seems to have played it pretty well.
