'Dhadak' still: Karan Johar shares a grim moment between Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter

Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter, Janhvi Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor’s half-brother, Ishaan Khatter are all set to feature in Dhadak, a Hindi remake of Marathi film Sairat. Produced by Karan Johar, Dhadak is certainly one of the most anticipated movies of 2018 and is currently being shot now. 

While we’ve seen many happy pictures of Janhvi and Ishaan romancing, Karan took to social media today to share a rather grim still from the movie. In the still, while Janhvi looks really stressed, Ishaan looks like he’s thinking something. There’s also a gun in the picture loosely thrown away aside. Sharing the candid picture on Twitter, Karan wrote, "Janhvi and Ishaan in #Dhadak ...shoot progressing rapidly! Directed by @ShashankKhaitan releasing 6th July, 2018!"

Moreover, if you look closer, it shows "Pari sang Madhuk" written in Hindi on the ground. Well, we wonder if these are the character names of Janhvi and Ishaan in the film. Considering the film is a remake of Sairat and the caste-divide plot remains the same in Dhadak too, it seems the actors are shooting a sensitive scene of the film, where their love is being tested in difficult times. Unlike Sairat, the plot of Dhadak will be set in Rajasthan.

Well, the makers of Dhadak are leaving no chance to intrigue the audience with each passing day and we cannot wait to see the beautiful couple on screen. Dhadak is slated to release on July 6, 2018.
