Zee Business-Anand Rathi’s Hunt for India’s Smartest Investor, India’s first financial market reality show, will test your ability to survive when the economy sinks, make money where nobody else perhaps could and make the most of little things.
The second season of the show will feature leading investors as jury members to find the smartest investor based on criteria such as investment strategies, planning, acumen and your wits, said Raj Singh Bundela, marketing head, Zee Business. “It will also be an education platform on investment and financial planning for viewers,” he said.
He said this endeavour will empower consumers. “Whether with regard to investment-related decision-making or with regard to familiarising viewers with the intricacies of not just the stock market, but other investment instruments, we hope that the show will give a new direction to the way India transacts in financial markets,” he said.
The hunt has already been to Kolkota, Mumbai, Indore, Jaipur and other cities and will head to Hyderabad after Bangalore.
The Bangalore leg of the reality show will see investor Sanjay Sinha, founder, Citrus Advisor, along with Anand Rathi, chairman, Anand Rathi Financial Services, and Pradeep Gupta, vice-chairman, Anand Rathi Financial Services selecting the city’s smartest investor.
