Expressing surprise over the state governor HR Bhardwaj's claim that he has a list of corrupt people, including ministers, Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa today said he was awaiting its release.

"The governor should have called me and discussed such matters before disclosing any information. I am really surprised with his acts. I will meet him tomorrow and discuss with him if he has any problems", he told reporters here.

Yeddyurappa, whose government has come under repeated critical comments by Bhardwaj, said "I am waiting for the governor's documents regarding his statement that he possesses information about tainted ministers in my cabinet."

"Perhaps law minister Veerappa Moily who met the governor today, must know the full details about it", he said.

In escalating war of words with BJP government in the state, Bhardwaj had yesterday said he has a "list of corrupt people, particularly ministers", in the Yeddyurppa cabinet  and had offered to share it with those interested.

Bhardwaj's fresh attack on the government came a few days after he shot off two letters to Yeddyurappa, seeking his response to land scam charges against him and also on illegal mining allegedly involving three ministers -- G Janardhana Reddy, G Karunakara Reddy and B Sreeramulu.
