Pakistan's Science and Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry was once again mocked for his baseless claim about 'Howdy, Modi' event.
Pakistan's Science and Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry was once again trolled on Twitter after his another failed attempt to mock Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his 'Howdy, Modi' event.
While this is a fact that Modi's 'Howdy, Modi' event in Houston was a blockbuster where the PM was joined by none other than US President Donald Trump with over 50,000 plus audience in attendance, but for Pakistani minister Fawad Chaudhry, the true fact is very hard to digest.
Terming a superhit event as 'hopeless show by #ModiJanta' the minister made a baseless claimed that 'this is what they could gather from all over USA, Canada and beyond after spending billions of rupees' while questioning a low attendance by Indian-American community.

1. Twitter mocks Pak Minister
Tweeple further trolled the Pakistani science and technology minister by comparing the kind of welcome PM Modi and Pak PM Imran Khan received upon arriving in the US.
While there was a red carpet welcome for PM Modi when he arrived in Houston, Texas, there was no such grand welcome for Pakistani PM Imran Khan and twitter users were all smart to compare the difference.

3. 'USA loves India', says Trump after attending 'Howdy, Modi' event
The USA loves India, US President Donald Trump said soon after wrapping up the massive 'Howdy Modi!' community event on Sunday.
Trump made the statement by quoting a tweet from the Prime Minister's Office which showed the roaring welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accorded on arriving at the NRG Stadium here where the mega event was held.
The US President also found one of Raveesh Kumar's, the Spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs, tweets "incredible".
"That's a Texas-sized crowd! Electric atmosphere at the NRG arena in Houston as 50,000 strong Indian Americans wait for the historic occasion when PM @narendramodi comes on stage together with US President @realDonaldTrump at #HowdyModi," Kumar had tweeted.
Sunday's event brought to focus the close bond shared by the leaders of the two largest democracies in the world. It also highlighted the positive difference made by the Indian-American diaspora in the United States. (Photo: PTI)
