According to Garima, the same questions may appear in UPSC Pre and main exams. That is why revision is necessary. Success is not achieved by collecting study material only, but one has to study it. Mock tests should be given. Along with this, increase the speed by practising answer writing.

5. Target Pre First

According to Garima, first of all, the pre-exam should be targeted. However, one should prepare for both exams simultaneously. Because later, there will be no time to prepare for the main exam. But the focus must be on the former.

Keep checking your revision through mock tests. Course material is available in sufficient quantity on the Internet. In an interview, Garima said, “I myself used to practice separately in the subjects in which I used to get fewer marks.”

6. Don't be discouraged, be patient
