Bollywood newbie Sara Ali Khan makes her Koffee With Karan debut, today
One of the most talked about Bollywood starlets, Sara Ali Khan, made her 'Koffee With Karan' debut this Sunday. She came along with her star father Saif Ali Khan and they discussed literally everything under the sun. From decoding Taimur Ali Khan's insane popularity, setting boyfriend parameters to even talking about the equation she shares with her step-mom Kareena Kapoor Khan: the father-daughter duo left no topic untouched.
But, the highlight of the episode was definitely the segment where Karan showed us Sara's old videos and discussed her weight-issues. While Sara looked cute goofing around, the videos actually displayed how much of a transformation she has gone through in terms of her physical characteristics.
Sara revealed, "I was 96 kgs. 'It will be almost rude to call you fat,' is what you (Saif) said. Actually, I had PCOD. I still do. And, because of that I think I put on the amount of weight that I did. Because of that there was also like a harmone problem. Ofcourse I used to eat a lot. I did have a good time. I was a regular kid. It made it very hard for me to a. lose weight and b. the harmone level was very high. So as you can see, there is a level of delusion that was in me...I was confident, I was delusional."
This was Sara's biggest introduction, ahead of her debut film, 'Kedarnath', which will soon be followed by director Rohit Shetty’s 'Simmba'. And, we cannot laud her enough for sharing her weight-loss story and inspiring so many young girls out there.

She never allowed her physical characteristics to dampen her spirits. In her head, she was always 'killing it'.
