Police deny attack on Big B's house

MUMBAI: City Police on Monday denied reports that glass bottles were hurled at Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan's residence in Juhu in western suburb in the early hours of the morning.
   
Police said that no one has lodged a complaint to this effect with the Police Station at Juhu, under whose area Mr Bachchan's bunglow was located.
   
Media reports had been stating that two people, suspected to be MNS activists, had come on a motorcycle and thrown glass bottles over the residence of the celebrated Actor. Stating that some anti-social elements might have spread rumours to this effect, police said that the officers who inspected the spot found no trace of broken glass.
