The association trained the workers at ATS sites in Noida, Greater Noida and Gurgaon through its training partner Rustomjee Academy for Global Skill.

The training programme was supported by PNB Housing Finance, under its CSR initiative. Under this programme, 231 candidates were trained at ATS Infrastructure sites. 82% of the workers who appeared for the assessment passed.
