TN to appoint 35,000 teachers

Tamil Nadu school education minister Thangam Thennarasu has said the government was seriously considering appointing 3500 post graduate teachers in higher secondary schools.
    
Addressing a meeting organised by Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Post Graduate Teachers' Association here yesterday, he said the government would consider possibility of establishing a separate directorate for higher secondary education.
