A Central Intelligence Bureau (IB) report warns of possible terror designs by Indian Mujahideen (IM) on Indian soil.

The central IB report states that the prime accused in the Ahmedabad serial blasts, Iqbal Batkal, who is currently in India, may have plans to strike the city once again. Sources said that Batkal conducted a meeting with Riyaz Batkal, Amir Raza and Touqeer to reactivate sleeper cells in Ahmedabad and Surat of the IM, which had claimed responsibility for the  July 26 blasts in the city last year.

Sources said that Central IB had received information that Iqbal had sneaked into the city after which he has also travelled to Jaipur and then to Maharashtra. Sources said that Central IB also has in its possession telephone records of Iqbal.
