Father-son killed in road accident in Amravati

A father-son duo died after a truck hit their motorcycle in Anjangaon tehsil today, police said.

The deceased Ravindra Narage (40) and his son Prajal, residents of Kunda in Akot district, were on their way to Pandhari village when a truck hit their two-wheeler killing the duo on the spot, they added.

The dead bodies were brought to Anjangaon Rural hospital for the postmortem. The truck driver is still missing, police said adding that a case has been registered and further investigations are on.
