Nearly 3.81 lakh students who appeared for Assam Class 10th Exams from schools affiliated to Secondary Education Board Assam (SEBA) can heave a sign of relief. As per notification, SEBA will be publishing Assam Class 10th Result 2017 at 10 AM in the morning.
This year, SEBA HSLC was held between 17 February and 10th March. So after an agonising wait of over two and a half months, the Assam SEBA Class 10 Results 2017 will be published tomorrow. This year Social Science and Assamese paper was rescheduled due to question paper leakage.
How to check SEBA AHM Result 2017
1. Visit the websites: sebaonline.org and resultsassam.nic.in
2. Click on 'Assam HSLC Result 2017'
3. Enter your roll number, name and other credentials
4. Click on 'Submit'
5. Your result will be flashed on the screen
6. Keep a print-out of the SEBA Result 2017 for future reference
855 centres of SEBA will also distribute marks gazette. So students can check it out too for Assam HSLC Results 2017
About Secondary Education Board Assam (SEBA)
The Assam Secondary Education Act, 1961 (Assam Act, XXV of 1961) was passed to provide for the establishment of a Board of Secondary Education to regulate, supervise and develop Secondary Education in the State of Assam. The Act came into force with effect from 29th January, 1962 with the publication of Government of Assam, Education Department Notification no. 159/61/37 dated 29/1/1962. Thus the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (popularly known as SEBA) came into existence on14 March, 1962. It started functioning with the conduct of 11 year H.S.S.L.C. Examination of 1962. Under the provisions of the Act the Govt. of Assam constituted the Board with Sri S.C. Rajkhowa, D.P.I., Assam as Chairman and Md. N. Islam, Inspector of Schools (Central Assam Circle) as Secretary.
