Stress and anxiety surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on people’s health. Since the coronavirus lockdown, several people are complaining of sleepless nights leading to insomnia.

At a time when the young population is busy working extra hours by curtailing their sleep and taking extra stress to prove a point at the workplace, doctors have suggested that people should avoid doing so as it could eventually lead to memory problems.
