IND vs AUS, World Cup 2019: Australia and India faced off in a much-awaited match at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 at The Oval on Sunday. Batting first, India managed to score 352/5 in their 50 overs as the Indian openers, Rohit Sharma (57) and Shikhar Dhawan (117), put up 127 runs partnership for the first wicket. Captain Virat Kohli also got going scoring 82 while Hardika Pandya contributed 48.  

However, during the first innings, Adam Zampa was spotted doing something which has sought everyone’s attention. In a video, since gone viral on social media, Zampa was seen rubbing something suspicious on the ball during the Indian innings. Zampa did not get a wicket against India as he turned out to be expensive giving 50 runs in six overs he bowled. 

The act took place Zampa was introduced into the attack for the first time in the innings. On his way back for his run-up, Zampa was spotted removing something from his pocket and rubbing it on to the ball. Though clear footages are yet to come, the video of the same is already going viral on all social media platforms. 

Australian players have been notorious with ball tampering incidents, Steve Smith and David Warner the recent big named player who got banned due to this notorious act.
