Central Bureau of Investigation and Narcotics Control Bureau have been probing Jaya Saha's alleged involvement in Sushant Singh Rajput death case.
During the ongoing Sushant Singh Rajput death case, one of the names which have been constantly popped up is Jaya Saha. A Bollywood talent manager by profession, Saha has been grilled both by Central Bureau of Investigation and Narcotics Control Bureau in the past couple of months. Earlier it was reported that it was Jaya, who recommended Rhea Chakraborty to give CBD oil to Sushant, as per NCB sources.
Currently, Jaya along with Kwan Talent Management agency CEO Dhruv Chitgopekar is being grilled by NCB in connection with its probe into the drugs nexus in Bollywood.

Jaya Saha is a Bollywood talent manager who handled Sushant Singh Rajput's account. She also managed Rhea Chakraborty.
2. Jaya Saha's alleged drug involvement

In a chat with Rhea Chakraborty had in 2017, Jaya Saha had told her, "I have asked her to co-ordinate Shruti." While in November 2019, Rhea had texted Jaya, "Thanks so much." To which Saha replied, "No problem bro, hope it will be helpful."
This hinted about them allegedly discussing drugs.
3. CBI probing Jaya Saha's angle

During their stay in Mumbai, the SIT of the CBI had grilled Jaya Saha multiple times. They quizzed her about her alleged involvement in Sushant Singh Rajput death case which is ongoing even now.
4. NCB registers a case against Jaya

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had registered a case against Jaya Saha under several sections of the NDPS Act.
5. CBD oil

Jaya Saha's name cropped up in chats related to Sushant's case where she reportedly recommended Rhea Chakraborty to give CBD oil to the late actor. This was disclosed by NCB sources to IANS.
