Work for celebrities can take them travelling across the globe, but shifting bag and baggage to a different city is not a pleasant feeling! Take the case of TV actor Hussain Kuwajerwala.

After the successful completion of a singing reality show, Hussain has shifted and made Delhi his base. Before you assume that he has bid goodbye to television, Hussain has relocated to the capital for his musical broadway show Kingdom of Dreams in which he plays the main protagonist along with actress Gauhar Khan.

The musical is reportedly being inaugurated at the beginning of the Commonwealth Games and the premiere show will be for them.

When DNA asked Hussain about the show, he says, “It’s called Nautanki Manch and is a part of Kingdom of Dreams. It is something that has never been done or seen before in India.

Actors always say they want to do something different but generally they don’t really do anything much which is different from what they have done before.”

About shifting to Delhi, he adds, “Shifting to Delhi for so many months was definitely a question mark in the initial stages, but then once things started rolling, it all felt worth it.”

The actor says that he loves his work and doesn’t mind the down side of it, especially when he is enjoying his job. “When you enjoy the work you are doing and it excites you, then you learn to adjust,” Hussain explains.

However, he is quick to add that he is terribly missing the city. “I do definitely miss Mumbai, my family and my friends. I fly down to Mumbai for a few days every few weeks and yes Tina (his wife) does keep visiting me often, so it’s all good.”

Talking of Tina, we could not resist asking him when they plan to expand their family?

Hussain chuckles, “Well, we have talked about it a few times, but there is no definite plan about it. Plans don’t work in such matters.
They just happen when the time is right. And when the time is right we will definitely start a family. But right now nothing is decided.”
