Watch: Swiss 'Jetman' soars high in Dubai sky

Known to the world as 'Jetman', Swiss pilot Yves Rossy is back with another breath-taking adventure.

In the past, Rossy has flown over the Grand Canyon and Mount Fuji. This time the aerial playground for the Swiss is picturesque Dubai.

Yves Rossy teamed up with fellow flight enthusiast Vincent Reffet to bring you a video which looks like it has come from a sci-ci movie. The duo soar over desert sands and towering skyline of Dubai in their jetpacks.

These jetpacks are powered by four tiny jet engines. The pack weighs 120 pounds and its wingspan is 6.5ft. Rossy and Raffet are carried at 110 miles per hour on ascent and 180 miles per hour on descent.

The video was shot from a helicopter and a helmet camera and it is a thousand times better than whatever one can create with CGI and VFX!
