Argentine football legend Diego Maradona passed away at the age of 60 on November 25. The former captain of the Argentina football team is cited as one of the best players of all time. As per the reports, the attacking midfielder suffered a heart attack at his home in Buenos Aires. He had successful surgery on a brain blood clot recently as well.

One of the most recognised football players around the world, Maradona represented Argentina in four world cups and played for Napoli and Barcelona during his club career. Later, he went on to coach his country's football team as well. Many famous personalities including renowned footballers took to social media to bid farewell to the great player.

"One day we'll kick a ball together in the sky above," Brazilian legend Pele said in his tribute to Maradona. The Argentine Football Association expressed its deepest sorrow on this loss, saying, "You will always be in our 

hearts." So, he will be in the hearts of his fans in every nook and corner of the world.
