BEIJING, Jan. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- WorleyParsons China( http://www.worleyparsons.com/Pages/default.aspx ), the largest international Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) service provider in China, today announced it has changed the name of MaisonWorleyParsons to WorleyParsons China. The new name demonstrates the company's continuing drive to provide world-class engineering and project delivery services to clients in China as well as overseas.
WorleyParsons, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, is a leading global provider of professional services to the resources and energy sectors, and diverse complex process industries. In 2004, WorleyParsons entered into an acquisition agreement with Maison E&C (MEC) and formed MaisonWorleyParsons to expand its business into the Chinese market.
WorleyParsons' services cover the full asset spectrum, both in size and lifecycle, from the creation of new assets, to services that sustain and improve existing operating assets.
