Cycles, synonymous with health and environmental consciousness, has lately seen a rising number of people, who prefer premium varieties. A number of brands manufacture exquisite cycles for the über-luxe clientele. Starkenn Sports is one of them, where the crème de la crème of cycling culture turn up. The bike is equipped with an electronic Shimano Dura-Ace groupset and aerodynamic wheels from Shimano's component brand Pro," explains, Pravin Patil, MD & CEO, Starkenn Sports.
Users claim that these premium bicycles are worth every rupee, as these go through rigorous research and development to make the cycling experience perfect. The finest example of this is the Propel Advanced SL 0 DISC, engineered and designed over a multi-year development phase involving Giant engineers, Team Sunweb pro racers, and aerodynamics experts at the Aero Concept Engineering facility in France. "This cutting-edge aero road machine features all-new frame airfoils and shapes, plus integrated disc-brake design," adds Patil.
With the recently-concluded Asian Track Championships 2018 in Malaysia that saw India winning three gold and one silver medal, the expansion of the cycling community and demand for high end cycles surely seems to be increasing.
