PNB Scam case Mehul Choksis lawyer moves application in special CBI Court for further investigation

Fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi’s advocate have filed a new application in special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Court for further investigation into Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam case. He claimed that there were no lapses on part of Mehul Choksi in fact, the lapses were reported from the side if PNB’s auditors. Advocate Vijay Aggarwal said, “I have moved an application in special CBI Court on behalf of my client seeking further investigation into PNB Scam matter”. He further added, “Notice has been issued to CBI and hearing is on June 17”.
