20 dogs killed & buried in Telangana’s Vikarabad, resident files complaint against Municipal Corp
In a heinous act of animal cruelty, a resident in Telangana’s Vikarabad has filed complaint alleging that the Municipal Corporation has killed and buried 20 stray dogs in a dump yard. The carcasses of dogs were recovered and taken for post-mortem.
