Grievance Redressal Mechanism set up under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021

The contents published/available on our website - https://www.dnaindia.com/ are regulated under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India on 25.02.2021. Any person having a Grievance against any of the contents published/available on https://www.dnaindia.com/, may submit his grievance/complaint to Ms. Annie , Grievance Redressal Officer by writing an e-mail at - dna.legal@dnaindia.com .

*The complaint shall contain the following particulars: *

Name and complete address of the complainant;

Mobile number of the complainant;

Nature of the Complaint along with the link of the objectionable news article;

The manner in which the contents of a news article violates or offend against the Digital Media Ethics Code laid down in the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021; and

Any other particulars relevant to the subject matter of the Complaint

We shall consider and address the grievances raised in the complaints in accordance with the applicable laws and communicate our final decision on every complaint received by us within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
