The latest star-kid on the block, who is set to take her first step in the Hindi film industry is Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan. Her debut movie 'Kedarnath' stars Sushant Singh Rajput in the male lead.
'Kedarnath' is a love story set against the backdrop of the tragic floods that rocked the pilgrimage town of Kedarnath in 2013. In the first look poster, we got to see Sara as an effervescent pilgrim Mukku en route the Kedarnath shrine in a 'pitthhoo' carried by Mansoor (Sushant Singh Rajput).
The teaser of the the film got released on Tuesday and received a lot of praise and appreciation for it's unique story. But, the one thing that got everyone talking was Sara's striking resemblance to her mother. Sara instantly reminds you of Amrita Singh's 'Betaab' days.
Singh is on cloud nine after seeing the response the teaser has received. “Just pray for my kid. I think she is very beautiful. I have seen the teaser,” a proud mother told Pinkvilla. When asked if she has any advice for her daughter, Amrita added, “I have just told her to work hard, give your best shot, work with your head down and stay grounded.”
