Fencing and Equestrian Schedule for Asian Games 2014

Fencing is a sport that has evolved from swordsmanship in olden times. Countries in Europe such as France, Italy and Hungary led the way in the development of competitive fencing. The sport of fencing is currently governed by International Fencing Federation was first founded in France and currently composed of 145 national federations.

Equestrian:

Equestrian is the only competition in Asian Games that involve animal in sports. The 1982 New Delhi Asian Games was the start of Equestrian events with Japan, South Korea, India, Saudi Arabia and Thailand leading the way from first to fifth place respectively.
