Homeless people in Delhi shiver after coldest December day since 1901
Temperature in the national capital is dipping day by day. Homeless people were left with no other option but to sleep on the footpath at Hanuman Mandir in Delhi's Connaught place area. Delhi had experienced its coldest day since 1901, on Monday (December 30). The maximum temperature in Delhi on Monday was just 9.4 degrees Celsius.
