The fourth and deciding clash between the two sides saw Australia losing a Test match at the Gabba in Brisbane for the first time since 1988.
Team India's spectacular show sent fans in a frenzy and expectedly, Rahane's Men in Blue received a grand welcome when they landed in India.
1. Ajinkya Rahane
Sand-in skipper Ajinkya Rahane, head coach Ravi Shastri and Prithvi Shaw were spotted at Mumbai airport. Under Rahane's captaincy, India has not yet lost a match.

2. Mohammed Siraj
Mohammed Siraj, who played an instrumental role in India's historic 2-1 triumph, lost his father on November 20, a week after the Indian team landed in Australia. The seamer during the third Test in Sydney was even subjected to racial abuse.
According to the Times of India report, the 26-year-old after arriving at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, straightaway drove to his father's grave to pay his respect.
Siraj was seen laying flower petals on the grave and offered prayers. He also spent some time at the graveyard, before leaving for his house.

3. Rishabh Pant
Rishabh Pant, who was the chief architect of India's triumph in Brisbane, was spotted in Delhi. Talking about India's victory, the wicketkeeper said that he and the whole team were on cloud nine.
"I am so happy that we retained the trophy. The whole team is very happy with the way we played the series," Pant was quoted as saying by ANI.
