A delegation of Bollywood actors and filmmakers including the likes of Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Bhumi Pednekar, Rajkummar Rao, Ayushmann Khurrana, Vicky Kaushal, Karan Johar, Rohit Shetty, Ashwini Iyer Tiwari and others went to Delhi to meet PM Narendra Modi. These celebs discussed the impact of Indian cinema on the country's culture with the Prime Minister. They also expressed their views on movies, the difficulties that the industry faces and the kind of changes that they'd want to witness in the future as well.
The B-Town celebs were spotted at the Delhi airport as they tried to navigate their way out. It so happened that not just the paparazzi but also the crowd of fans that had gathered started mobbing the latest lovebirds of the tinsel town - Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
Phir kya tha? Being the caring boyfriend that he is, Ranbir quickly wrapped his hand around Alia, protecting her from the crowd that mobbed them. He was also seen pretty alert when a few of the fans tried to get a bit close to click selfies with them. Alia's Gully Boy co-star Ranveer too came to her rescue and escorted her safely to the car.

A recent report in Mumbai Mirror suggests that Ranbir's mom Neetu Kapoor wants him to get engaged to Alia after the release of their film Brahmastra in June this year. However, nothing has been confirmed on the same yet.
