In fact, even his SOTY 2 co-star, Ananya Pandey (Chunky Pandey’s daughter), is a star kid ready to show her chops.

The son of actors Rajesh Khattar and Neelima Azeem and Shahid Kapoor’s half-brother has managed to shed the long family line-up that used to come attached with his name to become a veritable new entry into the mainstream Bollywood world with his recent debut, Dhadak, which just crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide.

Ishaan’s Dhadak co-star, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s daughter, may not have been received as kindly by the critics for her performance.
