Action replay?

Here they go again. After hitting the jackpot at the box office with Adhoori, the leading pair, Dhruva Sarja and Radhika Pandit will be seen creating magic again in their next. Expecting to get the chemistry right once again, the duo come together for Bahaddhur — Love Is In The Air, Feel It. The film, which is based on an actual  incident and is expected to be a romantic thriller. Given that the incident took place in Mysore, the film too will be shot in and around the city. And it seems like the team is very excited about the project. Talking about her role, Radhika says, “The script of this film is amazing and I love the role I play. I’ll be portraying Anjali, a girl whose character is very simple, yet interesting.”

So, will Dhruva and Radhika be able to pull off the same chemistry a second time? “Every one has tagged us as a successful pair, but I don’t really know. At the same time, it’s quite natural for us to expect that our films become a box-office hit. I’m very happy that I’ll be working with Dhruva once again,’’ adds the actor.

According to sources, close to the director, Chethan Kumar, more than 50 girls had auditioned for the role of Anjali, but none of them could get it right. Finally, the producer and director zeroed in on Radhika. Speaking at a recent function, Dhruva said that he had done a lot of home work after signing this film because he wanted to look different. “In terms of my character and acting, I don’t want Bahaddhur to look like a repetition of Addhoori. I’m confident of its success at the box office since the script is very interesting and haunting,’’ says Dhruva.

With this film, Chethan, who was the associate director to Arjun for Adhoori, makes his debut as a director. Arjun Janya has been signed to compose the music for the film, while Shreesha will work behind the camera. The film goes on floors from April 2.
