‘Anupamaa’ is one of the most most popular TV shows of today’s time. With a huge fan following, all actors of the show have captured the hearts of the audience. Actress Rupali Ganguly, who plays the lead character in the serial, essays an illiterate woman on screen but she is highly educated in real life. In fact other cast members also hold high degrees. Actor Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role of Anupamaa. In the show, she essays the character of an uneducated housewife but in real life, Rupali has a degree in hotel management.
2. Sudhanshu Pandey

Sudhanshu plays the character of Anupama’s husband, Vanraj in the show. Sudhanshu has graduated from Army school and wanted to serve the country by becoming an army officer. But because of his good looks, he landed a modelling opportunity at the age of 19 and forayed into the world of entertainment.
3. Tasneem Sheikh

Actress Tasneem Sheikh, who plays Rakhi Dave in the show, entered the entertainment industry with a degree in software engineering. Recently, in an interview to Dainik Bhaskar Tasneem said that if she had not been an actor, she would have been a part of Naturopathy or Ayurveda.
“Even when I had COVID-19, I took the least number of medicines and used Ayurvedic Vastu more,” she said.
4. Madalsa Sharma

Actress Madalsa Sharma, who plays the negative character of Kavya in the show, said that she was very passionate about acting since childhood. Her father is a director, writer, producer and she is the daughter of actress Sheela David. Madalsa has done BA in English Literature. If not an actor, Madalsa says she would have tried her luck at dancing.
5. Nidhi Shah

Actress Nidhi Shah, who plays Kinjal Shah in the show, has a degree in Bachelor of Commerce. Nidhi has also completed a one-year course in fashion designing after her graduation.
6. Rushad Rana

Anirudh Gandhi aka Rushad Rana has a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He is also a professional photographer. In an earlier interview Rushad said, “Since my college days, I was very interested in doing photography. I aspired to do a professional course in this field,” Rushad said in an earlier interview, adding that perhaps he was destined to work in front of the camera and not behind it.

Ashish Mehrotra aka Paritosh Shah had started the course of Bachelor of Business Administration but for some reason had to drop out of it. Apart from acting, he is also fond of directing. Not only this, Ashish was into choreography for 12 years and has also directed some plays in Mumbai.
