Mini Cooper got an unbelievably futuristic look in its new commercial titled "MINI VISION NEXT 100 | The Shape of Things to Come".
The most striking feature of the ad is that each of these cars would personalise itself according to the driver of the car (obviously, that would require high-end artificial intelligence). That seems to be the USP of these Coopers. Note that the ad begins with the message - "Imagine a future where every Mini is yours."
Another interesting addition is the Cooperizer. It's a circular device that looks like a major upgrade to the current Cooper dashboard, except that it is a light-based user-interactive control interface. It can be used for features like climate control, speed control.
Now, now. Do not get too carried away just yet. All of these are concept features. But this car, which looks like the ones used in Will Smith-starrer I, Robot, would certainly make on-road experiences more interesting.
