ICan diary: Rahul Verghese

ICan diary: Rahul Verghese

I started running in 2000. I started off just to kill time (I know, it’s a very uninspiring reason). Six months later, I started running for about 30 minutes without stopping. And six months from then, I participated in the marathon in Chicago. Now, running is an integral part of my life. It is a regular, day-to-day activity, like brushing my teeth. Running makes me supercharged. I am on a high when I run. If I don’t run, I don’t feel great at all. There’s nothing like running with a couple of friends; it is a great way to chill out. I prefer running on tracks and fields instead of the road.
